4. Form and newsletter processing
Forms on this site, including newsletter signups and birth chart requests, are processed by Formspree. By submitting a form, you acknowledge that your submitted email and birth details are transmitted to and processed by Formspree. Newsletter communications may also be delivered through third-party email infrastructure.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. Google Analytics can set first-party cookies such as _ga and a property-specific _ga cookie. You can manage or block cookies using your browser settings.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics loads automatically on production pages without an analytics consent banner and may send measurement requests and set analytics cookies when you visit. Our site does not use a stored opt-in choice to enable this measurement.
Google Analytics may collect standard client-side data such as cookies and a client identifier, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and session and page-view activity. We do not deliberately send your name, email address, birth details, or other form content to Google through this measurement. Page URL query strings and fragments are excluded from the page location and referrer we configure. Enhanced measurement is enabled for scrolling, outbound-link clicks, file downloads, site searches, supported video interactions, form interactions and browser-history page changes. Form-interaction measurement concerns form activity and metadata, not the answers you enter. The site's tag permits Google's signals and advertising-personalization features where activated in Google Analytics and applicable to the visitor; Google Signals requires separate account activation. This measurement does not make you anonymous, and Google may process more than page views.
We configure silent regional consent defaults before any measurement runs. Visitors outside the restricted regions are treated as granted for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization. Visitors in the 27 EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated as denied for all four of those types, and ad-click data redaction is enabled for them. There is no popup and no footer opt-in, and we do not store a choice, so visitors in those regions may still have cookieless measurement and advertising requests sent to Google and no on-site control changes that. This describes the tags this site sends; it is not a claim of full compliance with any particular law or regulator guidance.

Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is set to 14 months, with the user-identifier retention period refreshed by new activity. Google's shorter limits for some demographic data still apply.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
10. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. International transfers
If you access the site from outside the country where our infrastructure is operated, your information may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions.
